Do you give legal advice or prepare documents?
No. We serve, notarize, witness, record and certify documents your firm prepares. Questions about the documents themselves go to your attorneys.
Will I know when each serve attempt happens?
Yes. You get an email each time an attempt is logged, with the date, time and result, and your team can see every attempt in the client portal.
How do we get the papers to you?
Attach them when you place the request in the client portal or on the request form. We can also pick up originals.
How is billing handled?
Each request is billed with your file or matter number on the invoice. Firm accounts are invoiced, with terms set when the account opens.
Can you serve outside New Jersey?
We serve across New Jersey with our own team. For other states, ask the desk and we'll arrange service through a trusted partner.
