Deeds, mortgages and releases recorded with the county
Once the signing is done, the documents still have to be recorded. MCC Solutions submits deeds, mortgages, releases, assignments and other documents to New Jersey county clerks, electronically where the county accepts it, and sends you the recorded copy.
