Got a notice and need clean records
A tax notice arrived and your records are a mess
First, read the notice and note the response date. Then get a CPA, enrolled agent or tax attorney involved. What we can do is get your underlying books in order so they have something solid to work from.
What we do and don't do
We reconstruct and reconcile your books for the periods in question and produce reports and supporting schedules. We do not represent you before the IRS or the State, give tax advice or write the response. That belongs to a licensed tax professional.
Working with your representative
Tell us what your CPA or attorney needs and by when. We can organize records by period, tie income to deposits, and list gaps, so the representative isn't spending professional-rate hours on clerical work.
Don't wait
Notices carry deadlines, and ignoring them usually makes things worse. Contact a tax professional first, then us.

Will you work with my CPA?
Yes, gladly.
