FAQ

Common questions

Can you get records without the patient's permission?

No. Providers release records with a valid signed authorization from the patient or their legal representative, or a subpoena. We help get the authorization signed if needed.

How long does it take?

It depends on the provider's records department. We follow up until the records are ready and tell you as soon as they're picked up.

Do you keep copies of the records?

No. Records go straight to you and aren't kept after delivery.

Need a notary? Send it to the desk.
